Rooibos, or "red bush" tea, an ingredient in this cocktail, hails from South Africa and has a slightly grassy flavor. This cocktail was served at a Hendrick's Gin Voyage into the Unusual.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 parts hendrick’s gin
  • 1/2 part lime juice
  • 3/4 part raspberry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 part cold sparkling water
  • 3/4 part rooibos tea

Directions

  1. Combine Hendrick’s gin, tea, lime juice and raspberry syrup. Ice, shake well and top with sparkling water. Garnish with toasted coconut and enjoy.
