This easy-to-make whipping cream incorporates the orange-infused simple syrup made in the Orange Olive Oil cake for a delicate sweetness. The result is airy and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart organic heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon orange simple syrup made with organic sugar

Directions

  1. Whip 1 quart whipping cream in a medium bowl for about 4 minutes, until soft peaks are reached. Add simple syrup from Orange Olive Oil Cake recipe, and whip for another minute. Serve with Orange Olive Oil Cake.
