The Rosé Revolution cocktail is made by Carina Tsou, Paris mixologist.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce belaire rosé
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 strawberries
  • sage leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaker, over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe or wine glass. Top with Belaire Rosé. Garnish with sage leaves.
