Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ ounce sake, such as gekkeikan nigori
  • ½ ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce unsalted yuzu juice
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Shake the sake, pineapple juice, yuzu juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated cinnamon.
