Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce elit by stolichnaya
  • 1.5 ounce dry red wine
  • .5 ounce spiced pear
  • .25 ounce maple syrup
  • .25 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce seltzer

Directions

  1. Build in a glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with a pear fan and grated nutmeg.
