Ingredients

  • 2 ounce jim beam black, or other extra-aged bourbon
  • 1 ounce honey
  • 2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mug, mix together bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
