Brazilian Peanut Kisses: Cajuzinhos De Amendoim

Ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, ground
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • sugar, to decorate
  • whole peanuts, to decorate

Directions

  1. Place the condensed milk, peanuts, sugar, and butter in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring often. Once it begins bubbling, turn off the heat.
  2. Grease a plate with butter. Place the mixture on the plate and let it cool for 2 minutes.
  3. Grease your hands with butter. Roll the dough into pingpong-sized balls. Then roll them in sugar to coat.
  4. Garnish each ball with a peanut and place them in paper cups to serve.
