Ingredients

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 4 ounce port wine, preferably croft pink port
  • 1 ounce apple juice
  • garnish with mint sprig
  • ice

Directions

  1. Muddle mint leaves and apple juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add wine and ice.
  3. Shake and strain into a glass.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
