We call this one a crowd-pleaser because it’s got something for everyone: it’s simple, delectable, and refreshing, this drink is sweet without being cloying, and is sure to be a hit as your signature wedding cocktail, especially for outdoor weddings and summer weddings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • juice from 1 lemon wedge
  • splash of lime juice, such as rose’s lime
  • soda water to taste
  • 1 lemon round

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice, combine vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and lime juice. Shake until cold, then strain into a highball glass that has been prepared with a few ice cubes. Splash soda water on top to taste, and stir gently with a bar spoon, preserving the bubbles. Garnish with a lemon round.
