Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, and Tabasco in a medium bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve over salad or coleslaw.
