Tart pink grapefruit juice is the perfect complement to sweet and creamy vanilla ice cream. Add a little seltzer and you’ve got a super delicious ice cream float!

Vanilla-Grapefruit Ice Cream Float

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ cup seltzer
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Combine the pink grapefruit juice and seltzer in a cup and set aside.
  2. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into another glass and then pour the grapefruit soda over the ice cream.
