Tomatillo Salsa
A basic Tomatillo salsa that gets better with age. Make at least twice as much as you think you'll want so that you have leftovers!

Ingredients
- 20 tomatillos
- to taste brown sugar
- 1 ounce reposado tequila
- 1 cilantro
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Saute the tomatillos in olive oil. Chop or food process into a nice pulpy mess. Add the rest of the ingredients. Drink the tequila. Serve with chips.
