Ingredients

  • 1 ounce triple sec, such as cointreau
  • 1 ounce blanco tequila
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • champagne
  • 3 dashes bitters, such as peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 red rose petal, for garnish

Directions

  1. Shake triple sec, tequila, and lime juice with ice, and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne and bitters. Garnish with a red rose petal.
