Ingredients

  • 2 ounce cucumber vodka, such as skinnygirl® cucumber vodka
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • club soda
  • muddled mint leaves
  • shamrock-shaped cucumber slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice and pour into a glass.
  2. Top with club soda.
  3. Garnish with a shamrock-shaped cucumber slice.
