  • 5 raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium-high for about 30 seconds, until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
