The Pumpkin Pie cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce wild turkey or other kentucky bourbon
  • 3 tablespoon pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce chai syrup
  • sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Top with sparkling wine. Strain into a chilled, cinnamon sugar-rimmed martini glass.
