The Presidential cocktail is served at Quill at The Jefferson in Washington, D.C.; perfect for both your Republican and Democrat cocktail parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce apple jack
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup with cinnamon
  • 1 dash whiskey bitters

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a baked apple wheel with cinnamon.
