This sweet, seasonal sip, created by Johnny Swet of New York City's Hotel Griffou, features a rich mix of heavy cream, maple syrup, sage, and NOLET'S gin.

Ingredients

  • 2 sage leaves, plus 1 for garnish
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 ounce maple syrup
  • 2 ounce nolet's silver dry gin
  • ice
  • nutmeg

Directions

  1. Muddle 2 sage leaves in a mixing tin. Add lemon juice, heavy cream, maple syrup, and gin to the tin with ice and shake vigorously. Finely strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a sage leaf.
