Stirred cocktails are being made a lot with aged tequila now, as opposed to the classic silver. Aged tequila is more complex, a nice blend of agave and oak.

Ingredients
- 1.5 parts milagro anejo
- 2 parts lemon sour
- 2 teaspoon fig jam
- .5 parts apple juice
- 5 parts egg whites
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
