A simple and sweet cocktail for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
- 3 ounce ridge distillery silvertip gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce quince and apple tart cherry grenadine cocktail syrup
- splash of soda
- 1 maraschino cherry
Directions
- Add together gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with splash of soda water and garnish with cherry.
